Carey has spent his offseason in North America, where he has tallied 56 points in 54 games to date for the Springfield Jr. Pics in the NCDC. Last year, he was a key contributor to Brave`s scoresheet, recording 39 points in 26 regular season games, and an additional 3 points during finals.

Joel joined the Brave in 2025, becoming an integral part of the team on and off the ice. Joel maintained an average save percentage of .862 across 11 games and we can`t wait to see what 2026 has in store for him.
